War:

What is peace?
If not a showpiece
of bias blindness.
Brash in its malice
claiming chorus’ of soldiers
with drab camouflage armors’.
Promises dripping under pretenses of – due valor
a mirage of homeland glory
suspended among avid imaginations
bloodied and blessed in a – subdued bliss;
they lay dying
brothers in arms
at the very front line
a distant and blurry sight of
Gods pearly white – Crescent moon
they all smile
for it aligns perfectly;
to say goodbye.
